Plan management is a Financial Intermediary Service for NDIS Participants. As a registered NDIS Plan Manager, Ably Care Services will manage the financial and administrative tasks of participants' NDIS Plan. Plan Management will give more choice, control and flexibility to participants in their plan. Participants can choose their providers, even if they are not registered with NDIS, Ably Care Plan Manager will pay the invoices and keep all records according to NDIS requirements.
Our dedicated Plan Managers will process the invoices on every weekday. The daily cut-off time is 12 noon on business days. All successful invoices will be paid to the provider within 5 working days.
We would reserve some funding for the participant’s preferred provider if they prefer to do so. And we will not make payments from this reserve to any other provider unless notified by the participants.
Once you sign up with us, you can relax and leave all the hard work for us. We will take care of fund management and record keeping.
You can track your fund balance and approve the invoices instantly through Mobile App.
There is no out of pocket expense for participants.
